Our Lunch
On our night bowfishing and desert lake charters in Arizona, we offer an authentic shore lunch cooked fresh over campfire flame. From seasoned catch tacos to rustic sides, our meals are prepared outdoors. We take safety seriously and handle all fresh fish and local ingredients with maximum care.
While we prepare fresh meals on the water, cross-contact with gluten or seasonings occurs. If you or anyone in your group has dietary restrictions or food allergies, please notify our captain during trip booking so we can adjust the outdoor menu accordingly.
Menu items may vary based on seasonal catches and charter length on Arizona waters.
Gluten and dairy
Our standard shore lunch coatings and marinades contain gluten and dairy. Gluten-free fish seasonings and dairy-free options are available upon advance request prior to launch.
Please state all severe dietary requirements in your trip intake form so our guide team can prepare isolated cookware.

Snack options onboard may include nuts. Please inform us of severe contact allergies before boarding our Arizona expedition vessels so we can ensure a safe boat environment for all anglers.
